About the Artist

Dan as lived and worked in Devon for over 20 years. Dans inspiration comes from travel and his local environment

With work in permanent collections at HM Tower of London and Rank Xerox UK, I paint my emotional responses to physical situations of all kinds.

East Ham and Hornsey Art School were followed by a short stint at Central school of Art, etching with Norman Ackroyd. Graduated with BA Hons in Fine Art. I have worked as a visiting lecturer at Bridgewater College of Further Education, also at the Brewhouse Theatre Taunton leading workshops and at various schools in the South West. Visiting lecturer in printmaking at University of Plymouth and Exeter University (School of Education).
I love to paint. I can't help myself.
